Kathleen O'Donnell joined ADP Architects in 2023 having developed a multifaceted career spanning nine years in residential, retail and civic architecture. Her journey began in Philadelphia, where she gained her Bachelor of Architecture at Drexel University and honed her architectural skills. After relocating to New York City, she became a licensed architect at Gensler where she led several workplace, hospitality and adaptive reuse projects. Kathleen is now an instrumental part of the ADP team, managing our newest hospitality, commercial and residential projects. When away from her desk, Kathleen is a competitive runner and volunteers with the Back on My Feet nonprofit, which combats homelessness and addiction in the inner city through the power of fitness.
