ADP Architects completed a gut renovation of an 84th floor apartment on the edge of Central Park, elegantly incorporating a beautiful myriad of traditional architectural styles. The ambitious project engaged high-profile designers such as Redd Kaihoi and Mexican architect Jorge Loyzaga.

At a height-to-width ratio of 15:1, 432 Park Avenue is the third tallest residential building in the world. Proceeding with a sky-high renovation comes with some interesting challenges, from how to design walls that can accommodate building sway, to getting ahead of various environmental, structural and logistical constraints leading up to construction.
The condominium at 432 Park Avenue effortlessly blends ornate traditional paneling with eclectic interior furnishings sourced from all over the world, engaging specialized artisans and craftspeople on every single detail.
